Requirements:

• MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesiology (MD/DM in Anaesthesia) or equivalent recognized certification.
  
• Valid and active registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent regulatory body).
  
• Proven experience of 1+ year as an anesthetist or anesthesiologist in a hospital or clinical setting.
  
• Proficiency in advanced airway management, invasive monitoring, and emergency resuscitation techniques.
  
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia drugs, dosing, side effects, and interactions.
  
• Excellent decision-making skills under pressure and ability to manage high-stress clinical situations.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  
• Commitment to patient safety, infection control, and adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols.
  
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as needed.
  

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients prior to surgery to determine appropriate anesthesia plans
Administer local, regional, or general anesthesia
Monitor patients’ vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels) during procedures
Adjust anesthesia levels as needed to ensure patient comfort and safety
Manage airway and breathing throughout surgical procedures
Provide pain management and post-operative care
Respond to medical emergencies such as allergic reactions or complications
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare staff
Maintain accurate patient records and anesthesia documentation
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
