• MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Psychiatry (MD/DM Psychiatry) or equivalent
  
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council
  
• Strong foundational knowledge of psychiatric disorders, diagnostic criteria (DSM-5/ICD-11), and evidence-based treatment approaches
  
• Proficiency in patient assessment, clinical documentation, and medication management
  
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build therapeutic relationships
  
• Commitment to patient confidentiality, ethical practice, and continuous professional development
  
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment
  
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team under supervision
