Job Description
Role Objective/ Goal Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the field service operations related to crusher equipment. Leading a team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate field service activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for team members.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of crusher equipment on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Manage field service schedules, dispatching technicians as needed.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to provide feedback and improve service offerings.
