Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations and talent acquisition activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, employee engagement initiatives, and HR documentation while contributing to organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist with job postings and hiring-related activities.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR reports.
- Assist in employee engagement programs and HR initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data.
Qualifications:- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Interested in HR and recruitment processes.
