this specific problem statement in the sectors of Real Estate, Clean Energy and Financial Services (Including Retail loan portfolio servicing and collection) and thereby providing a decision-making matrix and actionable insights to its client for better operations, risk management and to maximize returns across the asset lifecycle.

Role – Manager / Senior Manager – Approvals

Experience – 6 to 12 yrs

Location – Mumbai

Qualification & Experience:

1. Graduate/Postgraduate in Civil Engineering/Architecture. BMC licensed Architect is desirable.
2. 8–10 years of experience in statutory approvals for real estate projects in Mumbai/MMRDA jurisdiction.
3. Strong knowledge of MMRDA regulations, municipal processes, and real estate compliance frameworks.
4. Proven track record of obtaining approvals for large-scale projects.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Excellent knowledge of statutory approval processes in MMRDA.
2. Strong networking in Real estate fraternity.
3. Ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory frameworks.
4. Must have experience of Redevelopment projects including SRA, MAHDA redevelopment, Cess building redevelopment, Redevelopment under multiple regulation etc.
5. Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
6. High integrity and compliance-oriented mindset.
