Software Engineer - PEGA

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement PEGA applications based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure high quality and performance.
• Maintain and enhance existing PEGA applications to improve functionality and user experience.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in PEGA development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of PEGA PRPC, including rules, flow, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Java and SQL for backend integration.
• Experience with PEGA frameworks such as Customer Service or Smart BPM.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
