Life Science Research Analyst (Literature Review & Evidence Synthesis)

We are seeking a Senior Life Science Research Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in systematic literature reviews (SLR), targeted literature reviews (TLR), meta-analysis (MA), and network meta-analysis (NMA) to join our growing evidence synthesis team.

The successful candidate will independently execute literature review projects from protocol development through reporting while ensuring methodological rigor, scientific accuracy, and timely delivery. The role requires hands-on experience in evidence synthesis, quantitative analysis, and scientific writing, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and contribute to continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, mentoring junior team members, and supporting the delivery of high-quality evidence generation projects for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients
