Senior Interior Designer

📍 Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Work From Home with virtual client meetings, site visits, and laminate selection as required)

🕘 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

💼 Employment Type: Full-time

• Manage end-to-end residential interior design projects from concept through execution.
• Consult with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, functional requirements, and budget.
• Create space plans, design concepts, mood boards, technical drawings, and high-quality 3D visualizations.
• Deliver creative, functional, and aesthetically appealing design solutions while ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, execution teams, architects, and vendor partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Present design concepts confidently and build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Support and mentor junior designers while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing design team.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to deliver innovative interior solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in residential interior design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent design software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and design detailing.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing creativity, technical expertise, and successful project delivery.
