Job Description

Key Activities & Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning and execution
  
• Analyse business processes and provide recommendations
  
• Collaborate with senior managers on strategic initiatives
  
• Develop and present reports and presentations
  
• Support daily operational activities
  
• Brainstorm on Marketing Activities
  
• Compile weekly updates from all departments, including Sales, Projects, and AMCs, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products.
  
• Oversee all aspects of exhibitions, including the preparation of presentations for stalls, seating arrangements, pamphlets, signage, refreshments (such as tea), and chocolates.
  
• Conduct training sessions for clients.
  
• The creation of the installation video for company videos remains outstanding.
  
• Provide training to clients.
  
• Organize a meeting and training session for clients at a five-star hotel, ensuring all bookings and program management are handled effectively.
  
• Create a touch panel for a trolley bag and design a demo kit to be transported in a Pelican case.
  
• Manage vendor relationships.
  
• Conduct testing for company products.
  
• Utilize your creativity to comprehend the necessity of safety products within the data centre and explore marketing strategies for the company.
  
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the data centre and the future of the data centre industry in India.
  
• Offer marketing concepts such as festival-themed posts, current scenarios, and any relevant global events on our products.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's / Ongoing degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical, engineering, estimation, and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
