Talent Acquisition Internship in Bangalore

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR intern - talent acquisition to support our recruitment function. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in hiring and talent strategy, with hands-on exposure to sourcing, stakeholder coordination, and candidate experience management. You will work closely with the talent acquisition team to identify, engage, and onboard high-quality talent across functions.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding coordination
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social platforms, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and hiring criteria
• Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidate fit, communication skills, and role alignment
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, pipelines, and candidate databases
• Draft and publish job descriptions across relevant platforms with strong positioning
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and closure
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Support onboarding coordination including documentation follow-ups and pre-joining engagement
