Senior AI Full Stack Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Noida. In this role, you will bridge the gap between sophisticated AI models and intuitive user interfaces, building end-to-end applications that redefine how our clients interact with data.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to architect scalable systems that integrate LLMs into production-grade environments. Your work will directly influence the efficiency and intelligence of our product suite, ensuring that our users benefit from seamless, high-performance AI-driven features that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy robust full-stack applications using Python and Node.js to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise-level clients.

- Engineer sophisticated AI workflows by integrating LangChain and LangGraph to automate complex decision-making processes and improve system response accuracy.

- Develop responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces using React.js and Next.js to provide a frictionless user experience for our global customer base.

- Optimize LLM interactions through advanced Prompt Engineering techniques to maximize output quality and reduce latency in production environments.

- Manage containerization and orchestration of microservices using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure seamless scalability and reliable deployment cycles across cloud environments.

- Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence and maintain high standards of software craftsmanship across the engineering team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable web applications using Python, Node.js, and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of modern software design patterns.

- Proven ability to implement AI-driven solutions using LangChain and LangGraph, translating abstract business requirements into functional, intelligent workflows.

- Strong proficiency in front-end development with React.js and Next.js, capable of creating modular, maintainable, and visually compelling user interfaces.

- Extensive experience with DevOps practices, specifically in deploying and managing containerized applications via Docker and Kubernetes in cloud-native environments.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating the adaptability required to navigate fast-paced project timelines.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, reflecting a strong foundation in algorithmic thinking and system architecture.

- Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a clear track record of delivering high-impact software products.
