We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in retail sales and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
• Restock shelves and ensure the store is clean and organized
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Contribute to team goals and work collaboratively with colleagues

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
