Corporate Commercial Manager - Legal

Role & responsibilities

• Legal understanding of corporate transactions on the equity side, whether a business transfer, merger, acquisition, business transfer, joint venture, asset transfer etc.
• Legal understanding of corporate transactions on the debt side such as corporate finance transactions, structured finance etc.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all commercial contracts for the business, including service agreements, vendor/supplier agreements, NDAs, loan documents, NDAs, marketing agreements etc.,

Indicative candidate:

• A Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in relevant work as per the JD.
• Has worked on corporate law/ general corporate advisory.
• Has worked at a reputed law firm for at least 2 to 3 years.
• Has an open mind to understand that the role may evolve as per the evolving needs of the growth of Lodha Group
• Kind and tactical.
