Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Health Insurance domain and Microsoft .NET technologies. The role involves leading end-to-end application development, defining scalable architectures, and leveraging AI-assisted engineering practices for code optimization and modern web development.

Key Responsibilities

· Define logical, technical, and physical architecture aligned with enterprise standards

· Lead design, development, unit testing, and code reviews

· Ensure clarity of functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions

· Review and approve code, pull requests, and design artifacts

· Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement analysis and delivery

· Drive CI/CD, build automation, and DevOps practices

· Perform impact analysis during change management

· Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies

· Support estimation, planning, and on-time delivery

· Define reusable frameworks, standards, and engineering best practices

· Mentor and guide development teams
