Role Description The Clinic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing daily operations at Skin Cache – Dermatology & Aesthetics. This role includes managing front-desk and support staff, coordinating patient scheduling and flow, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service throughout the clinic. The Clinic Manager will handle operational planning, basic budgeting and resource allocation, manage inventory and vendor relationships, and maintain compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks involve supporting clinicians with smooth appointment management, addressing patient queries and concerns, organizing staff training and performance reviews, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction. The role also requires close collaboration with clinical leadership to align operational practices with medical and aesthetic service goals. Patient counselling, explaining procedures and packages.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient experience and service recovery.
• Basic to intermediate budgeting and clinic operations management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and clinicians.
• Understanding of medical or healthcare environments, preferably dermatology or aesthetic medicine.
• Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience managing a clinic, healthcare facility, or customer-focused service environment is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities on-site.
• Comfort with using clinic management software, basic office applications, and maintaining accurate records.
