We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Operations Specialist with 5-7 years of experience (min. 4 with HubSpot) to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in optimising our marketing processes, managing HubSpot for multiple regions and driving data-driven strategies to enhance our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

HubSpot Setup and Management : Oversee the setup, administration and optimisation of HubSpot, including workflows, emails, landing pages, and integrations. Ensure data integrity and segmentation within HubSpot for targeted campaigns across multiple regions.

Campaign Execution : Build, test, execute and track multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, WhatsApp) alongside regional marketing leads. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Data Analysis and Reporting : Prepare regular marketing performance reports, including key metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. Develop and maintain custom, cross-object reports to identify and action key opportunities across sales and marketing. Implement A / B testing, analyse campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline marketing operations and implement best practices. Document and standardise marketing workflows and general use of HubSpot to enhance efficiency. Provide ongoing training and support for internal teams on best practices for using HubSpot tools and features.

Compliance and Data Privacy : Ensure all marketing activities comply with data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

Skills and Qualifications : Experience : 5-7 years experience in marketing operations, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Professional Hub.

Additional HubSpot Certification is a plus.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and integrations with HubSpot. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools is a plus. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Soft Skills : Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
