MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
- 4+ years of work experience
- Must have worked on interiors of residential high-rise projects or large villas
Key Responsibilities
- Review and study all MEP Drawings
- Monitor construction progress
- Ensure contractors are executing work on site as per the agreed guidelines.
- Inspect construction quality.
- Conduct appropriate tests to check on the integrity of work done.
- Update Daily progress reports and create MIS.
- Monitor all contractors are following stringent safety protocols as per the site and their contract.
- Follow and implement all of MAIA's constructions SOPs
- Maintain key relationships with external vendors and consultants
- Communicate ongoings with internal stakeholders such as Site Engineers, Employees, Management
