Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to lead mechanical maintenance activities, maximize equipment uptime, minimize production downtime, and improve the reliability and performance of manufacturing equipment through effective maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Diagnose mechanical failures, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement effective corrective actions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC/VMC machines, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, compressors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, EOT cranes, and other utility equipment.
• Coordinate with Production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine reliability.
• Monitor critical spare parts inventory and ensure timely maintenance planning.
• Lead and support maintenance technicians while promoting safe maintenance practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through TPM, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen.
• Ensure compliance with LOTO procedures, ISO standards, statutory maintenance records, and workplace safety requirements.

Eligibility

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Relevant experience in Mechanical Maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in furniture, engineering, automotive, heavy engineering, or similar manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
