We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot AI Developer to design, develop, and implement intelligent business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Agentic AI frameworks to automate enterprise workflows and enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI) integrated with Dynamics 365.
- Build, customize, and deploy Microsoft Copilot experiences using Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365.
- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions to automate business processes and enable intelligent decision-making.
- Develop AI-powered conversational experiences using Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Develop secure and scalable integrations using Dataverse, REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI-enabled technical solutions.
- Implement governance, security, application lifecycle management (ALM), and performance optimization best practices across Power Platform environments.
- Perform solution testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide guidance throughout implementation and post-go-live support.
Required Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform and enterprise application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.
- Experience building AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio and Copilot for Dynamics 365.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and integrations.
- Experience with Dataverse, Power Fx, and Power Automate cloud flows.
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform security, governance, compliance, and ALM.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs and Azure services.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Education (Mandatory):
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MS, or M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
