Teamcenter Developer - PLM

Role Overview :

As a Teamcenter Developer, you will be at the core of our PLM practice in Pune, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized solutions within the Teamcenter environment. You will collaborate closely with technical leads and cross-functional project teams to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical specifications.

Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our clients' product development processes, ensuring that their PLM infrastructure is stable, scalable, and perfectly aligned with their engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement custom solutions within the Teamcenter environment using Java to meet specific client engineering requirements.

- Execute Teamcenter customization tasks, including the development of handlers, services, and extensions to enhance system functionality.

- Configure and customize the Rich Application Client (RAC) to improve user experience and streamline data management workflows for end-users.

- Perform unit testing and debugging of developed code to ensure high-quality, bug-free deployments in production environments.

- Collaborate with senior developers and system architects to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize existing PLM Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Java programming with a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles.

- Hands-on experience in Teamcenter customization, specifically in developing ITK or SOA-based solutions.

- Proven ability to customize and extend the Teamcenter Rich Application Client (RAC) to support business-specific processes.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret technical requirements and translate them into efficient code structures.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively document technical solutions and collaborate within a team-based environment.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site office environment in Pune, maintaining high standards of productivity and professional integrity.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
