Senior Admission Counselor - Urgent Hiring

Student Counseling:

• Engage with prospective students via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Provide detailed information about available programs, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and financial aid options.
• Assess the academic and career interests of students to recommend suitable programs.

Lead Management:

• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system regularly.

Admissions Support:

• Assist students with application form filling, document submission, and other admission-related tasks.
• Ensure timely and smooth processing of applications.

Event Participation:

• Represent the institution at educational fairs, seminars, and campus tours.
• Conduct informative sessions for students, parents, and school representatives.

Relationship Management:

• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the enrollment process.

Target Achievement:

• Work towards achieving monthly and annual admission targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing preferred).
• Proven experience in counseling (preferably in the education sector).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
