Senior Salesforce Developer - Field Service Lightning

Role Overview :

As a Senior Salesforce Developer specializing in Field Service Lightning (FSL), you will serve as a technical anchor for our most complex service-cloud implementations. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, designing robust architectures that support large-scale field operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and integration partners, you will ensure that our Salesforce ecosystem remains scalable, performant, and aligned with industry best practices to drive measurable business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end Field Service Lightning solutions to optimize scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce productivity for enterprise clients.

- Develop complex business logic using Apex and Lightning Component Framework to extend Salesforce functionality beyond standard configurations.

- Design and maintain secure, high-performance integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft and SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow.

- Lead the technical design process by creating detailed metadata-driven solutions that align with long-term architectural goals.

- Execute rigorous debugging and performance tuning across the platform to resolve critical bottlenecks and ensure system stability.

- Champion Agile methodologies within the development team to ensure iterative delivery, high code quality, and alignment with project milestones.

- Implement and manage DevOps pipelines to automate deployment processes and maintain version control integrity across multiple environments.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce FSL, with a deep understanding of service appointments, work orders, and complex scheduling policies.

- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Component Framework, and Metadata API, with a proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Strong technical background in integration patterns, specifically utilizing MuleSoft and SOAP APIs to connect disparate enterprise systems.

- Proven experience in a Salesforce Architect capacity, capable of translating high-level business needs into detailed technical specifications.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on systematic debugging and performance optimization in high-concurrency environments.

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and present technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment across our Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad locations.

- Candidates must possess 7 to 14 years of relevant professional experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
