Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise networking, network security, and infrastructure support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex network environments while ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for managing enterprise network infrastructure, resolving complex network issues, supporting critical production environments, and participating in network transformation initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the final escalation point for complex network-related incidents and critical production issues.

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Data Center networks.

- Perform deep packet analysis and advanced network troubleshooting.

- Support network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure enhancement projects.

- Monitor network performance, availability, and security.

- Maintain accurate network documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration records.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations.

- Participate in change management activities following ITIL best practices.

- Recommend improvements to enhance network reliability, scalability, and security.

Required Skills :

- 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer.

- Strong expertise in routing protocols including :

1. BGP

2. OSPF

3. EIGRP

- Excellent knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and enterprise networking.

- Strong experience with network security technologies including :

1. Firewalls

2. VPNs

3. Network security best practices

- Experience in network design, implementation, and optimization.

- Hands-on experience supporting Data Center network environments.

- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

- Experience working Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls and security solutions.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Load Balancers such as F5 or A10 Networks.

- Knowledge of wireless networking technologies.

- Experience using packet capture and traffic analysis tools (Wireshark or similar).

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and Change Management.

- Exposure to enterprise infrastructure migration and modernization projects.
