GCP Devops Engineer

Description

We are seeking a GCP DevOps Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing scalable and reliable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Automating deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitoring and optimizing cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborating with development teams to integrate infrastructure with application deployment.
• Ensuring security best practices are followed in cloud architecture.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in development, test, and production environments.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-14 years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services and architecture.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Cloud Build.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Stackdriver, Prometheus, or Grafana.
