• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflicts
• Implement and maintain SAP S / 4HANA HR module
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive business decisions
• Collaborate with management to achieve organizational goals
