Salary Range: 60k to 65k

Roles:

1. Project Finance Management

• Prepare and evaluate project finance proposals for new and ongoing projects.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies and project viability analysis.

2. Financial Modelling & Analysis

• Develop financial models projections and cash flow forecasts.
• Analyze project costs profitability ROI and funding requirements.

3. Banking & Loan Coordination

• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for term loans and working capital facilities.
• Prepare loan documentation CMA data and financial information required by lenders.

4. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in annual budgeting and financial planning.
• Monitor project budgets and analyze budget variances.

5. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare project finance MIS reports and management presentations.
• Generate financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

6. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements.
• Maintain project finance records agreements and supporting documentation.

7. Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with internal departments auditors consultants and financial institutions.
• Support management in funding discussions and project execution.

Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
• 1-2 years of experience in Project Finance Financial Analysis or Corporate Finance.
• Experience in preparing project reports and dealing with banks/financial institutions will be an added advantage.
