Area Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager plays a key role in identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and implementing effective sales plans to expand the customer base. You will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, providing training and guidance to the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Should have product knowledge of all LOB's.
• Responsible for P & L of the respective region.
• To develop new business by tapping new accounts focusing on capturing revenue opportunities from potential clients.
• Creating a database of potential corporate clients.
• Creating revenue pipeline.
• Timely reporting to the Business Head.
• To coordinate with the Business Head and leverage upon the support teams in Mialtus Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd such as underwriting, Servicing, Claims etc.

Qualifications

• 4-5 Years above of Sales Experience in a General Insurance Company
• Insurance Broking Industry. (Direct Corporate Sales experience is a must).
• Fair knowledge of all lines of business in the General Insurance Industry.
• Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred)
