Agile Lead

We are looking for an enthusiastic Agile Lead to work at the forefront of our cloud modernisation within our Credit & Verification Services. This is a hybrid role requiring travelling to Hyderabad Office circa 40% per month.

You will be part of a high-performance engineering team as an AGILE Lead focussed on delivering the product backlog of Ascend Cloud Foundation will work closely with Software Engineers Product Owner QA and Stakeholders to both maintain existing systems and build our cloud-native microservices and web applications using the latest technologies and architectural patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

The role of the Agile Lead is about supporting our development teams building new capabilities on cutting edge financial products to be the best they can.

• Youll use your strong knowledge of agile methodologies to enable one or more cross functional teams to deliver value to Experians customers.
• Youll make use of metrics and measures to drive insight and continuous improvement to ensure the team is able to realise its potential.
• Our Agile Leads ensure that any impediments are made visible and will facilitate resolution of any issues affecting the teams flow.
• Youll work with the team and the wider business to encourage an agile mindset and ensure a safe positive and collaborative environment.
• Working closely with the product owner youll motivate and engage the team and ensure they are driving towards the product domains objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Youll enthusiastically contribute to the agile community of practice within Experian using your thought leadership to champion best practice and help Experian better serve our customers.

While youll have autonomy in your day-to-day role youll also be joining a strong collaborative community of agile practitioners who are passionate about what they do. We are enthusiastic about continued professional development and offer great opportunities to learn and upskill.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in an agile delivery environment ideally in a Scrum Master or Agile Lead role
• A personal style that embraces teamwork cares deeply about the work and the team and shares openly and honestly with all Relentless positivity and enthusiasm that helps teams catch the spark of transformation and imagine new possibilities
• Proven track record of enabling data-driven continuous improvement to allow teams to deliver value at pace while maintaining quality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with people an expert influencer.
• Ability to coach and mentor the team and wider business to create a safe and open environment where teams can succeed
• The right candidate will enjoy working autonomously and is able to constructively challenge the status quo.
