Salary Range: 65k to 70k

Roles:

1. Sales Leadership & Team Management

• Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance conduct regular reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity.

2. Sales Pipeline Management

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to quotation and deal closure.
• Track lead flow follow-ups conversion ratios and ensure CRM discipline.

3. Business Development

• Identify opportunities for new client acquisition and inactive client reactivation.
• Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase business revenue.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with purchase operations logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure effective communication between departments to avoid operational delays.

5. Customer Support & Escalation

• Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of escalations.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to improve customer experience.

6. Sales Strategy & Market Analysis

• Support regional sales planning and growth initiatives.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities.

7. Process Improvement

• Develop and implement sales SOPs and workflow improvements.
• Monitor process compliance and enhance reporting systems for better sales execution.

Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Commerce or related field.
• MBA (Sales/Marketing) will be an added advantage.
