Key Responsibilities

• IT Contract Hiring: Source, screen, and onboard candidates for contract staffing roles.
• Client Coordination: Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable talent.
• Candidate Management: Build strong pipelines, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth joining.
• Compliance & Documentation: Handle contracts, onboarding formalities, and ensure adherence to staffing policies.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 2–6 years of experience in IT contract staffing recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills via job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight timelines.
