Merchandiser

• Experience: 4–5 years

Senior Merchandiser

Experience: 6–8 years

• Manage key international customer accounts and drive order growth.
• Coordinate product development, costing, and order execution.
• Work closely with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle customer communication, negotiations, and business reviews.
• Drive conversion of developments into bulk orders while ensuring profitability.
• Monitor quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and category growth.

Preferred Profile

• Experience working with leading international apparel brands, especially Ralph Lauren, is highly preferred.
• Strong background in apparel export merchandising.
• Excellent customer management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
