Sr. Salesforce Consultant

Job Description

Certified Team Lead in Salesforce Products with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Platform including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.

· Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

· Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions

· Ability to interact with client to understand business process and requirements.

· Presales Technical Support on RFP.

· Desire to implement best practice solutions with hands-on

· Should have hands on experience Salesforce lightning Experience including experience in building Salesforce custom lightning web components, Lightning Pages, lightning App Builder and ability to collaborate with UI/UX teams for designing and implementing visually appealing, intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

· Experience in integration (Soap/ REST).

· Experience desired in using data migration with data loading tools.

· Skills in JavaScript.

· Must have Strong experience in using Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Apex Classes, batch process, Apex test classes, Async Apex, Flows, Approval Process, Reports and Dashboards

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

· Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer I, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant

· Good to have exposure to work in Agile environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· User training and creating training materials

· Ability to learn Salesforce Education, Not For Profit and Marketing Cloud
