Manager - Referral Marketing

• Generate new referral sources across the assigned geography.
• Increase referrals from existing referring doctors and institutions.
• Develop territory-wise referral growth plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual referral revenue targets.
• Conduct regular field visits.
• Ensure timely resolution of concerns raised by referral partners.
• Maintain high engagement with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Schedule consultant meetings.
• Coordinate CMEs.
• Organize Doctor Meets.
• Conduct Clinical Discussions.
• Support Tumour Board referrals wherever applicable.
• Facilitate interactions between referring doctors and consultants
• Track every referred patient until treatment initiation.
• Coordinate with Front Office, OPD, IP Billing and Consultants.
• Improve referral-to-admission conversion ratio.
• Ensure seamless patient experience.
• Follow-up on lost referrals
• Monitor competitor activities.
• Track consultant movements.
• Understand pricing trends.
• Collect competitor service information.
• Provide market intelligence reports
