We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Officer to join our team in India. Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1year of experience preferred

Age Criteria: 21 to 30 years

Male Candidates Preferred.

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives—maximum ₹30,000 per month.

Education: Any graduate

Package: ₹250,000LPA to ₹6,00,000LPA

Work Schedule: 6 days a week with week-offs on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays.

Benefits: A petrol allowance of upto ₹1,500 is provided as per the standard policy.

Job Location: Across Chennai city

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend
• appropriate banking products.
• Assist customers with the account opening process, ensuring accuracy and a
• seamless experience, while tracking and updating the status.
• Maintain follow-up with new customers and cross-sell additional banking products such
• as loans or investment options as needed.
• Prepare and update daily sales reports; regularly review performance with your supervisor.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Tamil.
