Warehouse Manager (8 - 10 Years) (Bhiwandi)

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our multiband warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing inbound and outbound Warehouse Operations, inventory control, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in warehouse management, process improvement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Operations:

• Drive and achieve targets for key inbound KPIs such as Receiving, Putaway, Order Processing and Inventory Accuracy.
• Meet end-to-end turnaround time as per defined KPIs and work on enhancing warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Warehouse Operations:

• Manage inbound and outbound warehousing operations in the region.
• Support expansion and growth plans for the region with effective use of technology in operations.
• Handle common business issues independently, seeking guidance on complex or non-routine topics.

Inventory Control:

• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement inventory management systems and procedures to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with storage requirements.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed and minimize stockouts.

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety regulations and best practices to maintain a secure work environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Implement measures to prevent loss, damage, or theft of inventory.

Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and streamline operations.
• Analyze KPIs to measure and track warehouse performance.
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize workflows and reduce costs.

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse supervisors, logistics coordinators, and other staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse and outbound logistics operations.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and obsolete inventory management.

Matrix Management and Multi-Brand Handling:

• Coordinate and manage the storage and distribution of multiple brands, ensuring brand-specific requirements are met.
• Utilize matrix management techniques to optimize space utilization, inventory management, and resource allocation across brands.

Warehouse Performance Measurement and Analytics:

• Develop and implement KPIs to measure and evaluate warehouse performance.
• Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management.

SLA Management and Compliance:

• Define, monitor, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure strict compliance with SLAs, addressing any breaches or operational issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives.

Marketplace and D2C Order Fulfillment:

• Oversee the fulfilment processes for Marketplace and D2C orders, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
• Implement advanced order management systems and technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize order flow to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Manage the order fulfilment process to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of customer orders.

· 3PL Warehousing and Partnership Management:

• Establish and maintain robust relationships with third-party Warehouse providers to streamline operations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of 3PL services, addressing any performance gaps proactively.
