Description

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in the home interiors sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our range of products in the market. If you have a passion for sales and a keen interest in home interiors, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in the home interiors market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 2-10 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the home interiors or related sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Knowledge of home interior products, materials, and market trends.
