Job Description

The Clinical Psychologist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, psychological, and mental health difficulties. The role involves conducting psychological evaluations, developing treatment plans, providing psychotherapy, maintaining clinical records, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

:Conduct psychological assessments, interviews, and psychometric testing.Diagnose mental health conditions and psychological disorders.Prepare detailed assessment reports and case formulations.Provide individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions.Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, REBT, mindfulness-based therapies, and other psychological interventions.Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.Conduct risk assessments related to self-harm, suicide, trauma, and behavioral concerns..Work closely with psychiatrists, physicians, counselors, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning.Conduct mental health awareness programs, workshops, and seminars.Guide interns, trainees, and junior psychologists.Contribute to the development of mental health initiatives and wellness programs.Stay updated with current psychological research, treatment methods, and professional guidelines

• Qualifications
  
  

:Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology Additional certifications in psychotherapy or counseling techniques are desirable.1 years of clinical experience (or as per organizational requirements).Experience in hospitals, mental health centers, rehabilitation facilities, educational institutions, or counseling settings preferred.Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.Knowledge of psychometric tools and psychological testing.Excellent counseling and psychotherapy skills.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Report writing and documentation skills
