Job Title: Payroll Executive

Department: Human Resources

Function: HR Operations

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

CTC: ₹3 LPA (including PF)

Experience: 2–3 years

Work Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Preferred Gender: Male (as per internal requirement)

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processes and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of payroll management, statutory compliance, and be capable of contributing to HR digitisation and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end payroll processing with at least 95% accuracy, ensuring timely salary disbursement

Process Full & Final Settlements (F&F) within defined turnaround times

Ensure compliance with statutory and labour laws across multiple locations (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)

Drive HR process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in line with internal policies and audit requirements

Support broader HR operations to ensure a seamless employee experience

Qualifications & Experience

Education : Graduate from any stream

Experience : 2–3 years of relevant experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR operations
