Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive LATAM Coordinator who can communicate with local freelancers, vendors, and partners across Latin America. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese and have experience in recruitment, vendor management, or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, and partners across LATAM.
• Conduct calls and meetings in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Track project progress and maintain communication with participants.
• Manage documentation, reporting, and operational updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
• Handle day-to-day coordination and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in recruitment, operations, project coordination, or customer success.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and project management tools.
• Prior experience working with freelancers or vendors is a plus.
