QE Sr. Automation Tester

Description

Manage the delivery of automation testing initiatives using TOSCA. Involve in planning execution and reporting of automated test cycles ensuring quality and timely delivery. Coordinate with architects SMEs and development teams to implement robust automation solutions.

Responsibilities

Automation Lead Must Have

• Strong expertise in TOSCA(module creation test case design API automation execution lists Vision AI/selfhealing).
• Handson experience leading automation strategyacross SIT regression and release testing cycles.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce workflows(catalog cart checkout payments order lifecycle).
• Exposure to LambdaTest / BrowserStackfor crossbrowser crossdevice automation.
• Experience working with TOSCA AI capabilities including Vision AI intelligent object recognition and dynamic element handling.
• Knowledge of AIdriven automation techniques such as autogeneration of test scripts or AIbased impact analysis.
• Proven ability to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelinesand ensure stable repeatable executions.
• Experience maintaining and scaling large automation suitesacross multiple releases.
• Strong debugging and rootcause analysis skillsfor automation failures and environment issues.
• Ability to identify automation candidatesand create/maintain an automation backlog aligned with QE governance.
• Hands-on experience with test data readinessfor automated scenarios.
• Strong experience in requirement traceabilityfrom user stories test cases automated scripts (e.g. JIRA).
• Experience mentoring automation teamsand enforcing QE standards best practices and code reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1012 years of experience in Test Automation with Strong hands-on experience with TOSCA LambdaTest / BrowserStack TOSCA AI capabilities
• Knowledge of AIdriven automation techniques integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Prior experience in leading automation teams.
