Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Reinforcement Chargehand / Foreman for a reputed construction project in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in supervising reinforcement (rebar) activities reading reinforcement drawings managing work teams and ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise reinforcement and rebar installation activities on site.
  
• Read and interpret reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS).
  
• Allocate work and monitor the performance of reinforcement crews.
  
• Ensure work is completed as per project specifications and quality standards.
  
• Maintain safety procedures and site discipline.
  
• Coordinate with engineers supervisors and other construction teams.
  
• Monitor material usage and report work progress.
  

Salary: 57000 INR Per Month

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Reinforcement Chargehand Rebar Foreman or Reinforcement Foreman.
  
• Strong knowledge of reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules.
  
• Experience leading and supervising reinforcement teams.
  
• Good understanding of construction site safety practices.
  
• Gulf experience preferred
