We are seeking a motivated Tele Caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, providing information about our products and services, and assisting in customer inquiries. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers.
• Provide information about products and services to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and conduct surveys to gather feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and inquiries promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages)
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service principles
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Ability to handle objections and provide solutions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
