Key Relationship Officer

Locations: Thanjavur, Mayiladuthurai, Kovilpatti & Chennai.

• Experience: Minimum 1+ year in LAP, Home Loans or Housing Finance sales

Role overview

Key Relationship Officer will acquire and manage customers for Home Loans, Affordable Home Loans and LAP products. The role involves sourcing business from open market, connectors, DSAs and customer referrals, while ensuring portfolio quality and smooth customer onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Generate business through direct sales and channel partners.
• Source Home Loan, Affordable Housing Loan and LAP files.
• Manage customer relationships from lead generation to disbursement.
• Coordinate with internal teams for login, processing, sanction and disbursement.
• Deliver assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain sourcing quality and policy compliance.
• Build local market presence and improve branch business penetration.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1+ year experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage sales.
• Age below 33 years.
• CIBIL score 650 and above.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
• Good communication skills and strong sales orientation.
• Comfortable with field sales and local travel.
• Minimum qualification: Any Diploma.

Compensation

• CTC: 3.0 LPA
• Quarterly special allowance: Rs. 5,000 (performance-based)

Notice period

• Up to 45 or 60 days can be considered.
• 90‑day notice period profiles should not be considered.
