Candidate Criteria

• Experience: 3–5 Years (3+ years relevant)
• Notice Period: Immediate / Serving Notice
• Shift: General

Work Mode

• Hybrid (Depends on Manager)

Must-Have Skills

• MDM Development experience in Life Sciences
• Hands-on with Reltio MDM platform
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts
• Experience with data modeling, match rules, survivorship, stewardship workflows

Good to Have

• Java / Python
• SQL / Snowflake
• Integration experience with CRM / ERP systems

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end implementation & support of MDM solutions
• Data ingestion, cleansing, matching, and governance
• Data quality rules & stewardship workflows
• Collaborate with business teams to understand customer lifecycle & data usage
• Ensure high-quality MDM deployments and best practices
