Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their accounts and discuss potential opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client experience.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on service offerings and updates.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential new business opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
