Job Description

• Define and direct the visual strategy, layout architecture, and design execution (Art) for integrated marketing campaigns.
  
• Conceptualize and develop high-impact campaign copy, long-form scripts, and multi-channel marketing assets (Copy) that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
  
• Lead full-scale integrated campaign lifecycles across Print, TVC, OOH, and Digital platforms with a focus on creative consistency and audience engagement.
  
• Present and defend creative concepts in boardroom-level discussions with stakeholders, demonstrating strategic insight and persuasive communication.
  
• Manage and mentor cross-functional creative teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery of high-caliber work under tight deadlines.
  
• Maintain creative integrity while optimizing operational efficiency across all stages of production and execution.
  

Requirements

• Proven career experience within established mainline advertising agencies—mandatory for all applicants.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in full-scale integrated campaign lifecycles across Print, TVC, OOH, and Digital platforms.
  
• Exceptional creative thinking and the ability to communicate effectively in boardroom-level settings.
  
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a track record of delivering under pressure.
  
• Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and maintaining high standards of creative integrity and operational efficiency.
