We're looking for a Lead AI Graphic Designer who is passionate about creativity, technology, and innovation. If you enjoy transforming ideas into impactful visual stories and leveraging the latest AI tools to push creative boundaries, we'd love to meet you.

This role is ideal for someone who comes from an advertising, branding, digital marketing, or creative agency background and is comfortable managing projects, collaborating with teams, and leading creative initiatives from concept to execution.

What You'll Be Doing

Creative & Design

• Understand client briefs and translate them into visually compelling creative solutions.
• Develop innovative concepts for social media, digital campaigns, branding, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Create high-quality static and AI-generated creatives that align with client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Ensure all creative outputs maintain a high standard of quality, creativity, and attention to detail.

AI & Innovation

• Leverage AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and production quality.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and design technologies.
• Experiment with new AI workflows and techniques to improve creative output.
• Contribute ideas that help the agency stay ahead of industry trends.

Project Management

• Plan and manage projects from brief to final delivery.
• Ensure work is completed within timelines and, wherever possible, delivered ahead of deadlines.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain ownership and accountability for assigned projects.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with content writers, strategists, account managers, video editors, and other team members.
• Guide and mentor junior designers whenever required.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
• Coordinate effectively across teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Client Management

• Understand client expectations and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Incorporate feedback constructively and efficiently.
• Manage client requirements while balancing creative quality and project timelines.
• Handle project pressure and tight deadlines with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.

• Other relevant AI design and creative automation tools

Design Tools

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma
• Canva
• Motion Graphics / Animation Tools (preferred)

• Experience in a creative, advertising, branding, or digital marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and AI-driven design work.
