Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US client billing activities.
• Prepare and process invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
• Manage Time & Material (T&M) Billing, Milestone Billing, and Lump Sum Billing.
• Review contracts, SOWs, and billing terms to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with client billing requirements and company policies.
• Track billing status and prepare periodic billing reports.
• For Billing Supervisor role: Lead the billing team, monitor daily operations, review invoice accuracy, and support process improvements.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in US Billing is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of End-to-End Billing.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Time & Material (T&M) Billing
• Milestone Billing
• Lump Sum Billing
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/ERP tools.
