Location: Ban / Hyd / Pune (Hybrid)

Experience

• 7+ years of SAP Transportation Management (TM) experience
• Strong hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA TM

Key Skills & Expertise

• Extensive experience in SAP TM Load Planning enhancements, including:
• Automatic Load Planning with Loading Meter (LDM) calculation
• Load Planning using Transportation Proposals
• Load Consolidation with containers
• Proven experience in:
• Freight Settlement, specifically for container-based planning scenarios
• Integration of load planning results with freight cost calculation .
• Strong functional understanding of:
• Freight Units, Freight Orders, and container utilization
• Capacity planning, loading constraints, and optimization rules
• Container-based charge calculation and settlement processes

Responsibilities

• Design and configure TM Load Planning and container consolidation solutions
• Drive functional enhancements for automatic load planning and settlement alignment
• Prepare functional specifications and support testing (Unit, SIT, UAT)
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams through go-live
