Job Summary

MokshTech is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. System Analyst to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, a basic understanding of IT systems, and excellent English communication skills. This role involves supporting business and technical teams, analyzing system requirements, documenting processes, and assisting in resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze technical requirements and assist in system implementation.
• Gather, document, and maintain functional and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify and resolve system-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and report any concerns or improvements.
• Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and validating software applications.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and user guides as needed.
• Support end-users by providing technical assistance and system training.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• 0 2 years of experience in System Analysis, IT Support, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of operating systems, databases, networking, and software applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
